WE USE BIODEGRADABLE PLASTICS

75% less plastic and paper waste on the planet
We use biodegradable plastic packaging, which is made from renewable sources, including natural materials like corn, cassava, and beets, or synthetic materials. They're a more environmentally friendly alternative to regular, fossil-based plastic.
A major advantage is that they are less persistent in the environment and can be biodegraded by bacteria, algae, and fungi, which convert them into biomass, carbon dioxide, and water, without generating microplastics.
Conventional plastics, of petrochemical origin, take hundreds of years to decompose because microorganisms lack the enzymes necessary for their degradation. It's worth remembering that plastics are relatively new to our planet, having only appeared in 1862, created by Alexander Parkes.
