Free delivery nationwide (Brazil) on orders over R$600.00. For orders under R$600.00, we charge the amount calculated by Sedex or PAC for delivery, based on your region. We offer a discount on shipping for orders to specific regions of Brazil via PAC.
TYPES AND DEADLINES
Delivery times are up to 1 business day for local orders, and 4 to 6 business days or up to 16 business days for other regions, starting from payment confirmation. The delivery time for products purchased through our online store depends on the delivery method you selected at the time of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). This period begins on the first business day following payment confirmation. After this process, you will receive another email notification when your order has been shipped.
Cost: Shipping costs must be calculated directly in the shopping cart, taking into account the characteristics of your order, the delivery method, and the destination zip code. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated automatically and displayed at checkout through the Frenet platform.

After placing your order and selecting a pickup location at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 7 business days.
